About Stack Asset Group + Skyline Builders

Stack Asset Group is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with over $100 million in assets under management and more than $300 million in closed transactions across multifamily, self-storage, and development projects. Skyline Builders is our construction and development partner, responsible for executing ground-up builds and major renovations across our portfolio. The CEO of Skyline Builders also serves as a Managing Partner at Stack Asset Group, aligning leadership, incentives, and decision-making across both companies. Together, Stack and Skyline operate as a single, integrated platform—from acquisitions and capital structuring to construction and property operations—so we can move quickly, control quality, and create long-term value.

The Role

You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—owning time, information, and project flow. From inbox and calendar orchestration to special projects across design, web, licensing/compliance, insurance, finance, HR, and office operations, you’ll keep the company running smoothly and proactively clear roadblocks. Expect a fast-paced environment, occasional travel, and a chance to make an outsized impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s email and calendar; prioritize requests and ensure meetings are prepared and productive.

  • Coordinate travel, agendas, materials, and data for internal/external meetings.

  • Lead and track internal/external design and web projects to maintain brand alignment.

  • Create and maintain organized file/data systems; build simple reports and trackers.

  • Tackle cross-department admin tasks (technology, licensing/compliance, insurance, finance, HR, office ops).

  • Field calls and help plan internal events.

Who You Are

  • Adaptable and energized by a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

  • Strong at data analysis/reporting, organization, and project management.

  • Clear, positive communicator (written and verbal) with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Primarily in-office (8am–5pm) with occasional travel and some remote flexibility.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary starting at $50,000 with room to grow.

  • 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision (employee).

  • Unlimited PTO and a retirement program, plus 401(k).

  • Annual professional development budget.

  • Office equipment, snacks, and a supportive, growth-minded culture.
