Marc Gallegos is a managing partner at Stack Asset Group, where he leads investment strategy, acquisitions, and capital deployment. Over the past decade, he has funded more than $350M in residential mortgages, consistently developed 100+ multifamily units annually, and now manages a portfolio valued at over $80M. With a background in property management, lending, and construction, Marc brings a well-rounded operational perspective to the team. He remains focused on community impact and continues to lead development and value-add projects across the Willamette Valley.

Chief Acquisition Officer

Trevor Howard is a founder and the Chief Acquisitions Officer at Stack Asset Group, where he leads the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of multifamily and development deals across Oregon. With a background in engineering, Trevor previously managed large-scale government projects, including nuclear reactor structures and missile silos bringing a sharp, analytical mindset to real estate. At age 28, he has built over a $40M portfolio spanning multiple asset types. Trevor is known for his ability to creatively structure complex transactions and co-hosts The Deal Junkies Podcast, where he shares insights with fellow real estate operators and investors.

Dane McKinney is a founder and the Chief Investment Officer at Stack Asset Group. With a background in finance, Dane brings a deep understanding of investment strategy, capital structure, and creative dealmaking. At age 26, he has acquired a $30M portfolio, brokered over $50M in transactions during a down market, and helped raise over $5M from investors for value-add and ground-up projects. Known for his relationship-driven approach, Dane also co-hosts The Deal Junkies Podcast, where he and his partners share insights from the front lines of real estate investing.

Avari Ridgway is the Marketing Director at Stack Asset Group, where she leads brand development, investor outreach, and digital strategy. With a Bachelor’s in Marketing and an MBA, Avari combines academic insight with real-world execution, drawing from her background as a former collegiate athlete to bring energy and focus to everything she does. Her work has helped streamline investor communications, build scalable lead funnels, and position Stack as a standout in the investment space.

Asset Manager

Devon Padilla is the Asset Manager at Stack Asset Group, overseeing operations and performance across the firm's growing portfolio. A recent graduate of Oregon State University, Devon brings fresh energy and sharp analytical skills to the team. With experience in university fundraising and donor relations, he understands the importance of communication, transparency, and relationship-building—skills he now applies to managing capital improvements, tracking project milestones, and supporting acquisition due diligence. Devon plays a key role in ensuring Stack’s projects stay on budget, on track, and aligned with investor goals.
